Mixing Business With Pleasure

Is it ever a good idea too date someone in the work place, or someone that your just doing business with? Some people don't see anything wrong with mixing business with pleasure. I think it's a TERRIBLE idea. I don't care how great the temptation is you should never mix the two. I was once renting this house, and my landlord was really trying to date me. I knew that if i just went to lunch with him, i would be sending him the wrong message. I'm sure there would have been great incentives if i would have taken him up on his offer. (perhaps discounted rent) lol, But then i thought to myself, What if it doesn't work out? would i then be forced to leave the house, or would he make my life a living hell. The Consequences were just not in my favor, so i chose to not MIX BUSINESS WITH PLEASURE. I can only imagine what the awkwardness is like when you've slept with someone in your work place. I mean how does that work when it doesn't work out?  now you no longer speak to each other, you try not to even make eye contact when your near each other,You take the scenic route just to avoid running into them. Damn that shit must suck. lol, But I'm sure that there's some idiot out there, that is dog fucking the shit out of one of his co-workers lol. Hey what ever works for you though. Just let me know how that works out for you in the next 3 months. lmao
